On Wednesday, 16 September, pupils and staff from Mintlaw Academy will be walking along the old railway line from Mintlaw to Maud and back.   The walk aims to raise money for the Academy’s school fund which supports extra-curricular activities run by the school.  

On the day of the walk, pupils will walk for a time along the main Mintlaw Banff road; they will cross the minor road at Bridgend and will cross the main road from the railway line to Maud Station.   Staff will man each of these crossing points but motorists are asked to take care when approaching these points.

As always the school is grateful to the community for the marvellous support it gives for its fund-raising activities.
